Guy Curtright (Guy Paxton Curtright) was born on October 18, 1912 in Holliday, Missouri. He made his Major League debut on April 21, 1943 for the Chicago White Sox. In 1943, his rookie year, he hit .291 with 3 home runs and 48 RBI. Curtright played for the Chicago White Sox for his entire 4 year career.
