Graham Armstrong (Graham Leo Armstrong) was born on May 30, 1918 in Cleveland, Ohio. After going to high school at Cathedral (Cleveland, OH), Armstrong attended John Carroll University. Armstrong made his professional debut in the NFL in 1941 with the Cleveland Rams. He played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Cleveland Rams the entire time. Armstrong also played in the AAFC for 2 years, playing for the Buffalo Bills the entire time.
Most people believe that 1948 was Graham Armstrong's best year.
