Grady Little

Grady Little is an MLB manager, currently unemployed. Most recently, he was the manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2006 and 2007. In his first year (2006), he led the Dodgers to the National League playoffs -- where they were swept in the NLDS by the New York Mets, 3 games to 0. After missing the playoffs in 2007, Little was fired and replaced as manager by Joe Torre.

As the former manager of the Boston Red Sox, his biggest claim to fame was leaving Pedro Martinez in game 7 of the American League Championship Series against the New York Yankees in 2003. The Red Sox lost the game and Little was fired after the season.
