Glen Edwards (Glen Edwards) was born on July 31, 1947 in St. Petersburg, Florida. After going to high school at Gibbs (St. Petersburg, FL), Edwards attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Edwards made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 11 year career.
Most people believe that 1973 was Glen Edwards's best year, as he picked off 6 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
