[edit] Biography
Ginger Beaumont (Clarence Howeth Beaumont) was born on July 23, 1876 in Rochester, Wisconsin. He made his Major League debut on April 21, 1899 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 1899, his rookie year, he hit .352 with 3 home runs and 38 RBI. Beaumont played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Doves and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 12 year career.
