Gil Bouley (Gilbert Bouley) was born on November 15, 1921 in Plainfield, Connecticut. After going to high school at Norwich (CT), Bouley attended Boston College. Bouley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Cleveland Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and Cleveland Rams over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1947 was Gil Bouley's best year, as he recovered 3 opponents fumbles and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
