Gerald Laird (Gerald Lee Laird) was born on November 13, 1979 in Westminster, California. He made his Major League debut on April 30, 2003 for the Texas Rangers. In 2004, his rookie year, he hit .224 with 1 home run and 16 RBI. Laird played for the Texas Rangers for his entire 5 year career.
Most people believe that Gerald Laird's best season was 2006, when he hit for a .296 average.
