Gerald Dixon (Gerald Scott Duxon) was born on June 20, 1969 in Charlotte, North Carolina. After going to high school at Rock Hill (SC), Dixon attended Garden City Community College and the University of South Carolina. Dixon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the San Diego Chargers, Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was Gerald Dixon's best year, as he recorded 8.5 sacks.
