Born on June 10, 1876 in Wilmington, Delaware, George Prentiss (George Pepper Prentiss) played for the Boston Americans and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 2 year career. Prentiss broke into the bigs on September 23, 1901 with the Boston Americans.
