George Mcgill (George J. McGill) was born on September 17, 1897 in Winona, Minnesota. After going to high school at Winona (MN), Mcgill attended Marquette University. Mcgill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1922 with the Racine Legion. He played for the Racine Legion for his entire 1 year career.
