Born on October 13, 1954 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, George Frazier (George Allen Frazier) played for the St. Louis Cardinals, New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Twins over the course of his 10 year career. Frazier broke into the bigs on May 25, 1978 with the St. Louis Cardinals, and put up a 3.47 ERA in 111.2 innings pitched in 1982, his rookie year.

Most people believe that George Frazier's best season was 1984, when he posted a 3.92 ERA and struck out 82 batters.
