George Bethune (George Edward Bethune) was born on March 30, 1967 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. After going to high school at Choctawatchee (Fort Walton Beach, FL), Bethune attended the University of Alabama. Bethune made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1989 was George Bethune's best year.
