Gary Jeter (Gary Michael Jeter) was born on January 24, 1955 in Weirton, West Virginia. After going to high school at Cathedral Latin (Cleveland, OH), Jeter attended the University of Southern California. Jeter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants, Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots over the course of his 13 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Gary Jeter's best year, as he recorded 11.5 sacks.
