Fredd Young (Fredd Young) was born on November 14, 1961 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Woodrow Wilson (Dallas, TX), Young attended New Mexico State University. Young made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks and Indianapolis Colts over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1987 was Fredd Young's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown, recorded 9 sacks and recovered 4 opponents fumbles.
