Frank Sanders (Frank Vondel Sanders) was born on February 17, 1973 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After going to high school at Dillard (Fort Lauderdale, FL), Sanders attended Auburn University. Sanders made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Arizona Cardinals. He played for the Arizona Cardinals and Baltimore Ravens over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1998 was Frank Sanders's best year, as he hauled in 89 receptions and had 1145 receiving yards.
