Born on January 20, 1910 in Boonton, New Jersey, Frank Makosky (Frank Makosky) played for the New York Yankees for his entire 1 year career. Makosky broke into the bigs on April 30, 1937 with the New York Yankees, and put up a 4.97 ERA in 58 innings pitched in 1937, his rookie year.
