Frank Garvey (Francis Daniel Garvey) was born on May 18, 1901 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Garvey attended Holy Cross College. Garvey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Providence Steam Roller. He played for the Providence Steam Roller for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1925 was Frank Garvey's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
