Frank Duncan (Frank Milton Duncan) was born on November 16, 1956 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at Thomas Jefferson (Daly City, CA), Duncan attended the College of San Mateo and San Francisco State University. Duncan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1981 was Frank Duncan's best year.
