Born on March 13, 1920 in Mount Olive, Illinois, Frank Biscan (Frank Stephen Biscan) played for the St. Louis Browns for his entire 3 year career. Biscan broke into the bigs on May 3, 1942 with the St. Louis Browns, and put up a 6.11 ERA in 98.2 innings pitched in 1948, his rookie year.
