Frank Billock (Francis Emil Billock) was born on May 20, 1912 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After going to high school at Grand Rapids (MI), Billock attended St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Billock made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 1 year career.
