Frank Baker (Frank Louis Baker) was born on July 23, 1909 in , IA. After going to high school at George Washington (Cedar Rapids, IA), Baker attended Northwestern University. Baker made his professional debut in the NFL in 1931 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
