Born on January 31, 1963 in Santurce, Puerto Rico, Francisco Oliveras (Francisco Javier (Noa) Oliveras) played for the Minnesota Twins and San Francisco Giants over the course of his 4 year career. Oliveras broke into the bigs on May 3, 1989 with the Minnesota Twins, and put up a 4.53 ERA in 55.2 innings pitched in 1989, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Francisco Oliveras's best season was 1991, when he posted a 3.86 ERA.
