Francis Winkler (Francis Winkler) was born on October 20, 1946 in Memphis, Tennessee. After going to high school at Catholic (Memphis, TN), Winkler attended the University of Memphis. Winkler made his professional debut in the NFL in 1968 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1968 was Francis Winkler's best year.
