Ernie Vick (Henry Arthur Vick) was born on July 2, 1900 in Toledo, Ohio. After going to high school at Scott (Toledo, OH), Vick attended the University of Michigan. Vick made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Detroit Panthers. He played for the Detroit wolverines, Chicago Bears and Detroit Panthers over the course of his 3 year career.
