Elmo Wright (Elmo Wright) was born on July 3, 1949 in Brazoria, Texas. After going to high school at Sweeney (Brazoria, TX), Wright attended the University of Houston. Wright made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1971 was Elmo Wright's best year, as he had 528 receiving yards.
