Born on September 26, 1924 in Portland, Oregon, Eddie Erautt (Edward Lorenz Sebastian Erautt) played for the Cincinnati Reds and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 6 year career. Erautt broke into the bigs on April 16, 1947 with the Cincinnati Reds, and put up a 5.07 ERA in 119 innings pitched in 1947, his rookie year.
