Ed Fisher (Edwin Louis Fisher) was born on May 31, 1949 in Stockton, California. After going to high school at Lincoln (Stockton, CA), Fisher attended Arizona State University. Fisher made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1980 was Ed Fisher's best year.
