Earnest Byner (Earnest Alexander Byner) was born on September 15, 1962 in Milledgeville, Georgia. After going to high school at Baldwin (Milledgeville, GA), Byner attended East Carolina University. Byner made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns, Washington Redskins and Baltimore Ravens over the course of his 14 year career.
Most people believe that 1985 was Earnest Byner's best year, as he ran for 1002 yards, ran in 8 TDs and hauled in 45 receptions.
