Donnie Harris (Don Harris) was born on February 8, 1954 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. After going to high school at Thomas Jefferson (Elizabeth, NJ), Harris attended Northland College and Rutgers State University of New Jersey. Harris made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins and New York Giants over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1979 was Donnie Harris's best year.
