Don Ratliff (Donald Eugene Ratliff) was born on July 17, 1950 in Baltimore, Maryland. After going to high school at John Mandley (Winchester, VA), Ratliff attended the University of Maryland. Ratliff made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
