Don Lenhardt (Donald Eugene Lenhardt) was born on October 4, 1922 in Alton, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 18, 1950 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1950, his rookie year, he hit .273 with 22 home runs and 81 RBI. Lenhardt played for the St. Louis Browns, Chicago White Sox, Detroit Tigers, Boston Red Sox and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that Don Lenhardt's best season was 1950, when he slugged 22 home runs and knocked in 81 runs.
