Don Bishop (Donald Bishop) was born on July 1, 1934 in Ralwings, Virginia. After going to high school at Jefferson (Los Angeles, CA), Bishop attended Los Angeles City College. Bishop made his professional debut in the NFL in 1958 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1962 was Don Bishop's best year, as he picked off 6 passes and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
