Dodgers Sign Torre; A-Rod Adds Blue to Bidding War

Now that Joe Torre has taken the Dodgers helm, my sources tell me that Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod) will now add the Dodgers to his consideration list for the bidding war. Discussions over the weekend between the Dodgers and Boras, A-Rod's agent opened up once the Torre deal was finalized. The combination of LA and the familiar coaching staff has its appeal to the super-star, my source tells me. Halos or Dodger Blue, and the lure of Hollywood look like A-Rod will be on one side of town or the other. With Torre in the picture, apparently the Dodgers have the inside track.
