Dick Loepfe (Richard Loepfe) was born on January 1, 1922 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After going to high school at East (Milwaukee, WI), Loepfe attended the University of Wisconsin. Loepfe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1948 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 2 year career.
