Derrick Rodgers (Derrick Andre' Rodgers) was born on October 14, 1971 in Memphis, Tennessee. After going to high school at St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA)*, Rodgers attended Arizona State University and Riverside Community College. Rodgers made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was Derrick Rodgers's best year, as he recorded 5 sacks.
