David Hoelscher (David Henry Hoelscher) was born on November 27, 1975 in Coldwater, Ohio. After going to high school at Versailles (OH), Hoelscher attended Eastern Kentucky University. Hoelscher made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 1 year career.
