Darryl Pounds (Darryl Pounds) was born on July 21, 1972 in Fort Worth, Texas. After going to high school at South Pike (Magnolia, MS), Pounds attended Nicholls State University. Pounds made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins and Denver Broncos over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was Darryl Pounds's best year, as he picked off 3 passes, ran back an interception for a touchdown, recovered 3 opponents fumbles and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
