Danny Walton (Daniel James Walton) was born on July 14, 1947 in Los Angeles, California. He made his Major League debut on April 20, 1968 for the Seattle Pilots. In 1970, his rookie year, he hit .257 with 17 home runs and 66 RBI. Walton played for the Seattle Pilots, Milwaukee Brewers, New York Yankees, Minnesota Twins, Houston Astros and Texas Rangers over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that Danny Walton's best season was 1970, when he slugged 17 home runs and knocked in 66 runs.
