Dan Whitmer (Daniel Charles Whitmer) was born on November 23, 1955 in Redlands, California. He made his Major League debut on July 20, 1980 for the California Angels. Whitmer played for the California Angels and Toronto Blue Jays over the course of his 2 year career.
