Dan Ahern (Daniel Francis Ahern) was born on February 15, 1898 in Manchester, New Hampshire. After going to high school at Central (Manchester, NH), Ahern attended Georgetown University. Ahern made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Washington Senators. He played for the Washington Senators for his entire 1 year career.
