Dallas Williams (Dallas McKinley Williams) was born on February 28, 1958 in Brooklyn, New York. He made his Major League debut on September 19, 1981 for the Baltimore Orioles. Williams played for the Baltimore Orioles and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 2 year career.
