Dale Evans (Jay Dale Evans) was born on September 10, 1939 in St. Francis, Kansas. After going to high school at Highland Park (Topeka, KS), Evans attended Kansas State University. Evans made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 1 year career.
