Curt Singer (Curt Edward Singer) was born on November 4, 1961 in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA), Singer attended the University of Tennessee. Singer was drafted by the Washington Redskins in the sixth round in 1984, but was unable to play during the 1985 season due to a herniated disk. He played for the Seattle Seahawks, New York Jets and Detroit Lions over the course of his 8 year career.
