Cup Finals Game 4 - 'Canes Can See their Cup

The Carolina Hurricanes defeated the Edmonton Oilers in game 4 of the 2006 Stanley Cup Finals, 2-1 last night. Mark Recchi scored the game winning goal in the second period.

The Hurricanes can wrap up the series and win their first Stanley Cup at home in Game 5.

I'll be very happy for the Canes. Recchi and Brind'Amour were some of my favorite players when they were on the Flyers. I'll be pulling for Rod to win the Conn Smythe.

Yer right crooked...But i just can't appreciate a team that far south winning the cup again. Recchi had to wait 15 years for his 2nd cup appearence, kinda cool...
