Cliff Parsley (Clifford D. Parsley) was born on December 26, 1954 in Kansas City, Missouri. After going to high school at Grandview (MO), Parsley attended Oklahoma State University. Parsley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1981 was Cliff Parsley's best year, as he dropped 17 punts inside the 20.
