Clem Woltman (Clement J. Woltman) was born on December 4, 1914 in South Bend, Indiana. Woltman attended Purdue University. Woltman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 3 year career.
