Chidi Ahanotu (Chidi Obioma Ahanotu) was born on October 11, 1970 in Modesto, California. After going to high school at Berkeley (CA), Ahanotu attended Univeristy of California. Ahanotu made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, San Francisco 49ers, St. Louis Rams and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 12 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was Chidi Ahanotu's best year, as he recorded 10 sacks.
