Chic Harley (Charles Wesley Harley) was born on September 15, 1895 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at East (Columbus, OH), Harley attended Ohio State University. Harley made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Chicago Staleys. He played for the Chicago Staleys for his entire 1 year career.
