[edit] Biography
Chase went undrafted in the 2004 MLS SuperDraft and then decided to start his professional career in Chile. He signed with first division club Huachipato but was subsequently loaned to Naval. After his contract ran out at Huachipato he signed with second division side Ñublense whom he helped gain promotion in 2006.
Chase also earned the distinction of being the only non-South American to score a goal in the 2007 Apertura.
He signed with the Colorado Rapids on January 24, 2008. However, he was subsequently waived by the Rapids to clear salary cap room without ever making an appearance for the senior club. After a brief trial he was eventually signed by the New England Revolution.
