Charlie Bivins (Charles Louis Bivins) was born on October 16, 1938 in Atlanta, Georgia. After going to high school at Luther Judson Price (Atlanta, GA), Bivins attended Morris Brown College. Bivins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1960 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1961 was Charlie Bivins's best year, as he had 668 kick return yards.
